Server-Bibliothek: initialer Übergabe-Stand

Software-Katalog mit automatischer Aktualisierung (winget/GitHub/Direkt-Link),
Protokolle pro Mitarbeiter/Rechner, Doku-Bilder-Upload und
Verteilungs-Mechanismus ('Rechner einrichten') über generierte
PowerShell-Installations-Pakete mit festem Client-Ordner
(C:\ClientBibliothek) und automatischer Windows-Defender-Ausnahme.
